Icy Munchel, Lead Consultant
Icy Munchel is the founder of Indigo Consulting and is a leading Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and human researcher who helps businesses, teams and individuals improve systems, simplify processes, and create sustainable success.
With more than 25 years of experience leading military, government, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations; Icy partners with the clients to identify and measure ways to streamline productivity, reduce waist, and increase profits.
Through Indigo Consulting, Icy brings a proven background in process improvement, team development, and organizational effectiveness. This experience allows her to quickly understand complex challenges and develop practical solutions tailored to each client.
Icy provides full project oversite, operational reset sessions, custom team-building workshops, and Swedish death cleaning consults. Her approach is to reduce stress, improve efficiency, and create lasting improvements.
